Every individual faces unique challenges in life, but there’s no need to go at it alone! I discovered my love for helping others through my own journey with mental health and the experiences of those around me. Because of this, I believe in an intersectional approach to therapy, taking into account the unique characteristics that create an individual’s identity and how they contribute to their lived experiences.

I am passionate about working with couples and individuals and in meeting clients where they are at. I offer support for a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image, infidelity, and chronic illness. As a queer woman, I also understand the difficulties that come with being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, whether it impacts one’s personal, professional, or religious relationships. Together, we can face these challenges and work towards a future of transformation to meet your goals and needs.

I am here to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can explore, grow, and thrive!
