As an advocate and crisis intervention specialist with over eight years of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals recover from sexual trauma and build strong, healthy relationships. As a provider, I am committed to providing an empathetic and compassionate space to share your story. Together, we can  collaboratively explore your concerns and create intentional change to fit your individual needs. My passion comes from witnessing the suffering many face from  unhealed sexual trauma and unhealthy relationships. I’m committed to helping those who find the tools and skills to create a brighter future for themselves. I provide an understanding and compassionate atmosphere where I strive to empower each individual to discover their inner strength and wisdom to create meaningful and lasting change.

In my work with clients, I strive to be person-centered and trauma-informed. I want to create an environment that allows you to share your story comfortably. This approach enables me to help my clients cope with difficult emotions and move forward on their healing journey. It is my hope that we can work together to help you accomplish your goals.
