Social Work Student

Session Fee: $80.00

As a dedicated Clinical Social Work student, I am committed to supporting individuals through their most challenging times. My therapeutic approach is grounded in a person-in-environment framework. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and valued.

Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I work with clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, fostering healthier perspectives and coping strategies. Incorporating somatic approaches, I emphasize the profound connection between mind and body, guiding clients to develop greater awareness and integration of their physical and emotional experiences. My interest in Jungian therapy allows me to help clients uncover and work through unconscious material and discover a more profound sense of meaning and self-understanding.

My background includes supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, especially those who have lost loved ones to suicide. My journey as a military spouse has given me a firsthand understanding of the unique challenges faced by veterans, first responders, and their families, including dealing with grief and the aftermath of suicide loss. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and find pathways to healing.
